Meet Our Founder: Lizette Roman, MS, LPC, NCC, CADC

Lizette Roman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction counseling. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chicago State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from National Louis University.

Lizette began her career in 2014 as a Certified AODA Counselor, working closely with individuals struggling with addiction. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across outpatient and inpatient mental health settings, community mental health services, and school-based counseling. She has also worked with Chicago Public Schools (CPS) students and families, providing wraparound support to promote emotional well-being.
